Hierarchy of Steps

If you have multiple sources connected simultaneously, Livongo will select which steps to use on any given day based on the following priority:

On an Android phone

1. If Fitbit is enabled and the connected account has more than 500 steps for the current day, the Livongo app will show Fitbit steps.
2. If Fitbit is NOT enabled or has less than 500 steps for the current day, the Livongo app will show Samsung Health data.
3. If no data is available from Samsung, the Livongo app will show Google fit data.

On an iOS phone

1. If Fitbit is enabled and the connected account has more than 500 steps for the current day, the Livongo app will show Fitbit steps.
2. If Fitbit is NOT enabled or has less than 500 steps for the current day, the Livongo app will show the Apple Health app.
