I track my steps with my Apple iPhone and my Apple Watch — which steps are showing up on my Livongo app?
Short answer: You will see the steps from your Apple Watch.
Long answer: Apple HealthKit aggregates data from all sources you have connected, which include your Apple Watch and your iPhone accelerometer. The priority of which number HealthKit uses depends on what you chose in your Apple Health app settings.
Most people are happy with their default settings, which means if you are using an Apple Watch and have not changed your default settings, those steps will be prioritized. If there are no Apple Watch steps, then the steps from the phone accelerometer will be used.
