If you’re eligible for mental health coaching sessions, you can schedule by signing in to your account on Teladoc Health’s website or mobile app.
- Sign in to your account from your browser or mobile app.
- Navigate to the Mental Health home page.
- Select “Connect” from the navigation menu, and look for the “Coaching” option.
- Select “Schedule a session.”
- Next, fill out the required information (make sure the date, time, time zone and preferred method of contact are correct) and click “Schedule Session.”
Once you’ve scheduled a session, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You’ll also get a reminder email 24 hours before your session.
Need to reschedule or cancel a session?
If you need to reschedule or cancel a coaching session, follow these steps:
- Select “Reschedule/Cancel Appointment” in your confirmation email or navigate directly to the “Connect” page on the website or mobile app.
- On the “Connect” page, select “Schedule.” You can reschedule or cancel up to four hours before your scheduled appointment.
